Archrival Gin is the New Breakout Spirit of Red Rocks

June 29, 2021 (Denver, CO) – As the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre reopens, there’s a new gin in the line-up, Denver-based Archrival Gin from Archetype Distillery. Made with the free-run juice of wine grapes and a unique botanical blend, Archrival Gin is debuting as the “Official Gin of Red Rocks” at venue bars and in signature gin cocktails.

“We launched our distillery right before COVID hit, and we’re excited to put the spotlight on our gin,” said Michael Chapyak, President and Master Distiller at Archetype Distillery. “This gin is made locally and distilled in a building that once was the Webber Theater, so it’s only fitting that it ‘takes the stage’ at Red Rocks.”

Archrival Gin, presented at 80 proof, uses a high caliber one-shot distillation method in the tradition of London-style gins. It’s a small batch gin produced from the free-run juice of wine grapes and a botanical blend of teas, lavender, and herbal roots. Archrival Gin has won medals from the New York International Spirits Competition and The Fifty Best for its smooth and unique taste profile.

“By using vapor-infused distilling technology, we’re really able to let the light botanicals shine in our gin. It’s a one-of-a-kind flavor that we think we’ll steal the show,” said Chapyak.

In addition to Red Rocks, fans can try Archrival at Archetype Distillery (119 S. Broadway, Denver, Colorado 80209) and major Denver area liquor stores.
