The Archetype Bleu Cheese Distilled Spirit is uniquely crafted from our high proof spirit base and re-distilled to obtain the pure essence of the desired flavors with no sugar, additives, or artificial flavorings. Each Archetype distillate can be used in any setting to create extraordinary cocktail and food experiences. The fresh ingredients are macerated individually for weeks in our high proof spirit base then transferred to our state-of-the-art rotary evaporator where we extract just the essential flavor without any sugar, fats, acids, or heavy materials. The 60 proof distillates come in 375mL bottles and are priced according to tier.
