This class is for those who want to demystify the world of egg-white drinks and the variety of cocktail stylings with that often-misunderstood component. A stronger focus on proportions and textures, this class teaches you how to transform base cocktail styles into concoctions to surprise and delight.

Limited seating is available, with a maximum capacity of 15-20 guests per class. A $60 deposit is required to reserve your spot. A member from our team will be in touch to collect payment in full. Same-day cancellations will be charged the full cost of the class. To avoid this charge, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
